We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2020, at the age of 62, Timothy Scott Tibbs of Fulton, Mississippi, born in Campbell, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Everett and Carmen Joan McFarlin Tibbs; and his brother Randy Tibbs. He is survived by: his wife Robin Bullock Tibbs; his children, Steven Scott Tibbs of Maryland and Emily Carmen Tibbs of Fulton; his stepsons, Samuel Thomas Alexander of Saltillo and Johnathan Ward Alexander of Fulton; and his sister Victoria Lynn "Vicky" Underwood. He is also survived by Numerous other family members and friends.
