He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Cook and Laverne Staten Cook; his daughter Casey Cook; and his brothers, Jimmy Cook and Tim Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Cook; his sons, Carson Cook (Brandy) of Fulton, Cullen Cook (Brandi) of Fulton and Steven Cook (Amanda) of New Albany; his sister Mary Jo Moore of Houston, MS; his grandchildren, Mason, Tate, Callen, Cayson, Cayden, Chloe, Ava, Gabe, Kayla and Arianna; and his great grandchild August.
