She was predeceased by: her parents, Dowell Vernon and Gertrude Clayton Kelley; her husband Charles Wesley Chamblee; her son-in-law Steve Walker; and her sisters, Virginia Springer, Margaret Chamblee, Vivian Farmer, Shirley Hall and Judy Tate.

She is survived by: her children, Wesley Chamblee (Dawn) of Fulton, Vicki Walker of Fulton and Phillip Chamblee (Renee) of Fulton; her sisters, Johnnie Epperson of Marshall and Anita Moses of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois; her grandchildren, Wes Walker, Will Walker and Reba Chamblee; and her great grandchild Chap Walker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
