She was predeceased by: her parents, George T. Mitchell Gray and Gladys Laverne Franks Vess; and her sister Dorothy Bleckler. She is survived by: her pet Chewy; her son Matt Upton of Fulton; her grandchildren, Natalie Upton, Alan Hisaw (Candace) and Lacy Upton; and her great grandchildren, Addie and Ella Hisaw.
