He is survived by: his mother Jean Prestwich; his wife Dorothy; his sister-in-law Jayne; his children, David (Laura), Chloé (Bryce), Sarah (Aaron) and Michael (Kris); his grandchildren, Ben, Emaline Williams, Riley Prestwich, Anna Katherine and Busby; his nieces, Joanna and Kathleen; his great-nephew Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Leslie Johnson, Elizabeth Mazei and Lewis Gerald Mazei (Lorena).
