She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Brunner and Francis Scroggins Brunner; and her sisters, Rose Malone and Tina Malone. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Dean Horn; her children, Daniel Wayne Horn and Carrie Ann Horn of Fulton; her sisters, Valerie Malone of Springfield, Illinois and Judy Malone of Springfield, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Caitlyn Nichols, Anna Belle Horn and Devin Horn.
