It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin Ray Hurd Sr. of Fulton, Mississippi, who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold and Maxine Mason Hurd; and his brothers, Hillman Hurd and Tillman Hurd. He is survived by: his wife Myra Hurd; his children, Martin Ray Hurd, Jr. (Karen) of Waverly, TN, Rebecca Pettigrew of Plantersville, Lynn Klaesen of Fulton and Anna Archie (B. J.) of Fulton; and his sister Betty Adams (Richard) of New Albany. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
