He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harvey and Pauline Smith Webb; and his brother William Harold Webb. He is survived by: his wife Janice Sheffield Webb; his children, William Lowell Webb, Marsha Webb Farris of Fulton and Janet Webb Miller (Brian) of Fulton; his sister Harvie Nell Lindsey of North Augusta, SC; and his grandchildren, Alex Farris, Abbie Webb, Will Webb II, Allie Webb, Marshall Glover and Gavin Glover.
