He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Loden Long; his brother Jim Long; his sister-in-law Virginia Waddle; his nieces, Cynthia Lesley (Dennis), Kim Long (Brian) and Amy Webb (Mike); and his close friends, Russell Card, Bud Coley and Mack Beane. He is also survived by six great nieces; one great nephew; one great -great niece; and two great –great nephews.
