He is survived by: his wife Milzie Rae Evelyn Payne of Fulton; his children, James Payne (Ashley) of Fulton and Gina Pope (Neal) of Fulton; his grandchildren, Katelynn Payne, Katelyn Duke, Thomas Payne, Tyler Payne, Jennifer Plourde (Adrienne), Clarendy Pope, Ashley Dulin (D. J.) and John Bryan Pope; and his siblings, Robert Payne (Janell) of Booneville, Fred Payne (Linda) of Nettleton, Barbara Flood of Nettleton and Carylon Caldwell (Allen) of Nettleton. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
