He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian C. "Brove" Franks and Mellie M. Hallmark Franks; and his brothers, Charles Franks and Clovis Franks. He is survived by: his siblings, Patsy Burleson (Bill) of Fulton, Peggy Mabus (Mike) of Tremont and Paul Franks (Juanita) of Mooreville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
