He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lee Barnett and Clara Smith Barnett; and his brother Maurice Barnett. He is survived by: his friends, Tim Howell and Thomas Scott; his sisters, Betsy Enoch of Mantachie and Pat Johnson (Kevin) of Gurley; his niece Gabriele Barnett of Augusta, GA; his nephew Trisha Moore (Justin) of Olive Branch; and his great-niece Bella Moore of Olive Branch.
