He was predeceased by: his brother Eugene West. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy West of Dorsey; his daughter Debra Raines (Robert) of Fulton; his grandsons, Jeremy McMillen (Brannon) of Frazier, CO and Rob "Robbie" Raines (Angela) of Corinth; and his great grandchildren, River Raines and Clarity Raines.
