He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Derek and Jay; his wife Janice Morris Spradling of Fulton; his daughters, Susan Sheffield (Derek) of Fulton and Amanda Scruggs (Jay) of Tupelo; his grandchildren, Wes Sheffield (Madi Moore) of Muscle Shoals, AL, Christian Sheffield (Becky) of Fulton, Mack Scruggs of Melbourne, FL and Mary Scruggs of Tupelo; his great grandchildren, Kinsley Harris, John Parker Sheffield, Jack Morris Sheffield and Lenny Jane Sheffield; his brother Billy Turner "Butch" Spradling, Jr.; and his friends, Larry Jobe, Butch Lambert, Don Leathers, Boyce McNeece, Phil Morris, Jerry Scruggs, Jerry Stubblefield, Frankie Wallace, Van Wallace, Roy Cresap, Danny Graham, Ken Hogue, Danny McBrayer, Ronnie Riley, Sam Paul Sands, Tony Sandlin, Mike Scott, Buddy Tennison, Blair Terry, Sam Tucker, Freddy Wallace and Tony Wallace.
