She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Walton and Bessie Bell Walton; her husband John K. "Bud" Franks; and her siblings, Clyde Walton, Noon Walton, Grady Walton, Vera Wallace and Edith Griffin.
She is survived by: her caregiver Betty Reich. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other family members.
