He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordie Marple and Pauline Williams Rogers; his wife Margaret Jo Waters Rogers; and his brothers, Trice, Troy, Vernon, Leroy, Larry and Earney Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Rogers (Tiffany) of Smithville, Brent Rogers (Jennifer) of Red Bay, Alabama and Amy Jo Coats (Bruce) of Belmont; and his siblings, Vivian "Vick" Lindley of Fulton, Lanell Rodgers (Bobby) of Fulton, Debra Lawson of Florida, Helen "Susie" Boyd of Georgia and Eddie Bo Rogers of Florida. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made through monetary donations or snack items to the North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice Unit.
