It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fay McAlister (Fulton, Mississippi), who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard O. Osbirn and Victoria Ewing Osbirn; her husband Edward J. McAlister; and her brothers, Eufford Osbirn, Curtis Osbirn and Murles Osbirn.
She is survived by: her children, John E. McAlister (Becky) of Tupelo and Dianne Scruggs of Saltillo; and her grandchildren, Jonathan McAlister, Misty Trimm, Chad Scruggs and Jeremy Scruggs (Paige). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
