He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Yielding and Mary Frances Lesley Yielding; his daughter Lori Mimms; and his granddaughter Sophie Yielding. He is survived by: his wife Norma Kerr; his son Chris Yielding; his grandchildren, Annalissa Brown (Tregory), Melana Chism, Loghan Yielding, Trinity Chism, Brali Yielding and Lydith Yielding; and his brothers, Freddy Yielding (Janice) and Edward Yielding (Imogene).
