He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Stacy and Rheta Bailey Stacy; and his brother C. Stacy. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Stacy of Fulton; his children, Brent Moore (Amy) of Fulton, Chris Stacy (Krissie) of Marietta, Julie Kennedy (RH) of Fulton and Leslie Sheffield (Brandon) of Fulton; and his sisters, Debbie Ellis of Fulton and Bonnie Nechvatal (Bob) of Fulton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
