He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kilgore Mackey of Fulton; his sons, David Phillip Mackey, Jr. (Storm) of Belden and Joshua Kevin Mackey (Reta) of Caledonia; his grandchildren, Amber Snow Childers (Dalton), Megan Theresa Glass, Heather Bedford Reynolds (Scott), Alexander Hail Mackey, Joseph Michael Oden (Brianna), Steven Aaron Glass (Tiffany), Colton, Luke, Cooper, Levi, Maddox, Brantley, Carleigh and Lane; and his sister Shirley Mackey Fitzgibbon of Tupelo.
