He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Wesley Turner and Christine Simpson Turner; and his brothers, James Harold Turner, Tommy Gerald Turner, John Earl Turner and Joe Elbert Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Ouida Mae Turner of Tupelo; his children, Charles Wesley Turner (Shelia) of Tupelo and Tammy Partlow (Eddie) of Saratoga, WY; his grandchildren, Casey Turner (Paige) of Tupelo and Robyn Hickerson (Ron) of Pontotoc; and his great grandchild Ronnie Lee Hickerson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
