He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Calvary (Cam); his stepsons, Jacob Bostick and Ryan Bostick (Ariel); his grandchildren, Elijah Faulkner, Carly Bostick, Chance Bostick, Conner Bostick and Cole Bostick; his niece Kristen Cary (Ross); and his nephew Aaron Goodman (Beth).
