He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Murphy Watkins of Fulton; his children, Jeff Watkins (Sherry) of Mooreville and Tracy Bembenek (Jim) of Westfield, IN; his grandchildren, Ross Bembenek (Emily), Eric Bembenek and Abigail Bembenek; his great grandchildren, Maddi Bembenek and Theo Bembenek; his brothers, Frank, Troy and Joe Watkins; and his stepgrandsons, Corey Grooms, Gavin, Ayden and Jenson Grooms.
