She is survived by: her husband Greg Fortenberry; her daughter Jaycee Fortenberry; her stepdaughter Brandy Van Peski; her father Joseph "Joey" O'Quin; and her brothers, Shaun O'Quin and Thomas O'Quin (Allison). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
