He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Oxner; his parents, John Samp and Mariam Oxner; his son Gregory O; his great grandchild Savannah Dhindsa; and his siblings, Abby Gail Oxner, Lindell Oxner, Jesse Oxner (Polly) and Jack Oxner.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Oxner of Foxworth and Prescilla Oxner Dhindsa of Tylertown; his siblings, David Oxner (Virginia) of Foxworth, Johnny Oxner of Foxworth, Eddie Oxner (Cindy) of Foxworth, Mildred Sanford of Bogalusa and Edna Oxner of Goss; his grandchildren, Katelyn Robbins, Deep Dhindsa and Triniti Oxner; and his great grandchildren, Aubrie Robbins, Kristyn Robbins and Jacob Robbins.
