He was predeceased by: his parents, William Monroe "Mack" and Minnie Maisy Windham; his son Walter Dewey Windham, Jr.; and his sister Kathleen Windham Traub. He is survived by: his wife Ettie Fay Windham of Foxworth; and his sons, Ray Lyn Windham (Karen) of Foxworth and Mikell Wayne Windham (Tracy) of Columbia. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren; and 8 Great Grandchildren.
