She was predeceased by: her parents, George Paul and Earlene Broom Davis; and her brother-in-law Terry Dement. She is survived by: her husband Lynn Ratliff; her daughter Ashley Bracey (Derek); her sisters, Judy Williamson (Mike) and Nancy Dement; and her grandchildren, Beau Bracey and Kortlyn Bracey.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that memorials be made in Vicky's honor to Holly Springs Baptist Church.
