He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Monroe and Verlee Mae Sumrall Mullins; his stepfather Thomas Sumrall; and his brothers, Hilton Mullins and Milton Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Dale Mullins of Foxworth; his children, Jeff Mullins (Cheri) of Carriere and Jennifer House (Walt Bartran) of Soso; and his stepson Chris Odom (Jeanae) of Foxworth. He is also survived by six Grandchildren; three Great Grandchildren; and numerous Cousins, Nieces, & Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Collins State Veterans Home, 3261 US 49, Collins, MS 39428.
