He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene Fornea, Freddie Fornea (Gayla) and Bobbie Cothern (David); and his siblings-in-law, Darryl Ryals (Janet), Eugene Ryals (Sheila), Douglas Ikerd, Maxine Foxworth (Sammy), Irene Pounds and Gloria Fornea. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
