She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Lee Forbes; her parents, Pete Thornhill and Mabel Thornhill; her brother Jimmy Thornhill; and her grandparents, Hezzie, Floyd Cooper Dunaway, Leon and Florence Thornhill.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Forbes, Jerry Allen (Cindy) and Melissa Regan (Gary); her sister Sharon E. Thornhill; her grandchildren, Dr. Abby Regan Fugett (Chris), Sam Regan (Katie), Alison Cooley (Brantley) and Caitlin Brown (Nathan); and her great grandchildren, Delilah, Armenia, Kohen, Esme, Marin, Quillan and Jonah. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
