She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Fulgham; her son Danny Ray Fulgham; her parents, J. C. Smith and Mattie Lee Jelks Smith; and her siblings, Lois Watson and Tommy J. Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Tammy Sue Smith of Waynesboro, MS, Brenda Lee Stogner of Foxworth, Ricky Eugene Fulgham of Foxworth and Jimmy Fulgham (Angela) of Foxworth; and her brother Benny Ray Smith of Foxworth. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
