He is survived by: his children, John Bean (Sandy), Larry Dennis Bean, Jr. and Audrey Courtney (Kevin); his former wife Ann Bean; his grandchildren, Cory Sumrall (Heather), Joshua Bean, Heather Penton (Zane), Hannah Williamson (Johnathan), Brian Courtney, Jared Courtney and Justin Bean (Rosie); his siblings, Martin Bean (Judy), Ronnie Bean (Jennie), Linda Price and Bonnie Bean; and his great grandchildren, Broxyn Sumrall, Aubrey Williamson, Avery Williamson, Brady Penton and Leia Bean.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Antioch Baptist Church (1594 MS-586, Foxworth, MS 39483). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at the same location.
