He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ruth Crawford Smith of Foxworth; his sons, Parrish S. Smith (Tara) of Columbia and Patrick J. Smith (Blake) of Columbia; his sister Jewell Powell (Donnie) of Morgantown; his sister-in-law Debbie Smith of Morgantown; his grandsons, Chandler Smith and Carter Smith; and his nephews, Michael McDaniel, Mitchell McDaniel, Terry Powell and Brett Powell. He is also survived by five Grandchildren.
