He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Crawford Williams; his parents, Burl Williams and Ola Williams; and his brother Kenneth Malcom "Skip" Williams. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Holmes (David) and Jimmy Wayne Williams, Jr. (Christine); his siblings, Judy Read (Stanley) and Bruce Williams (Darlene); his grandchildren, Tyler Phillips, Joshua Holmes, Courtney Tidwell and Kristin Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Colby, Emmitt, Mason, Kylie and Maverick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
