He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clifton and Bonnie Jo Thornhill (Whittington); his children, Jeffery Thornhill and Tonya Morgan; and his brother Jim Thornhill.
He is survived by: his children, Kristina Longworth (Josh), Sarah Campbell, Joslyn A. Walker Collinsworth-Meyer and Walter A. Owen; his son-in-law Patrick Morgan; his sister-in-law Terry Thornhill; his grandchildren, Mason Honeycutt, Sawyer Longworth, Elayna Longworth, Luke Longworth, Aubree Longworth, Kelsey Campbell, Charlotte Campbell, Noah Campbell, Taylor Morgan, Nic Morgan, Cody Collinsworth, Spencer Collinsworth, Ashley Collinsworth, Paul Collinsworth, Tyler Hastings, Gavin Owen and Dawson Barnes; his niece Julie M. Thornhill; and his nephew Jason Thornhill. He is also survived by friends and several cousins.
