She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Ray Turnage; her son Brian Turnage; her parents, Russell Willie Harris and Eula Lee Register Harris; and her sister Marie Hires.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Turnage (Lisa) and Denise Turnage Ballew; her grandchildren, Meghann Kendrick (Danielle), Christopher Kyle Turnage, Corey Hill (Haley), Alyssa Ballew (Trent), Tristen Ballew, Breann Ford, Taylor Turnage, Tyler Turnage, Kaylee McKnight (Shane) and Kendall Lewis (Micah); her sister Jeannette Carroll; and her daughter-in-law Melissa Turnage Garrett. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces & friends.
