He is survived by: his wife Billie Boyd Lowe of Foxworth; his children, Lisa Kister, Jeff Lowe and Todd Lowe (Cindy) of Foxworth; his grandchildren, Andrea Porter (Bryan), Tessa Foster and Shane Carney; his great grandchildren, Cameron Henebry, Jacob Porter, Benton Hauser and Nathan Foster; and his daughter-in-law Alyece Lowe of Foxworth.
