He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Rowell of Foxworth, Randy Rowell (Shannon) of Foxworth and Tommy Rowell of Foxworth; his siblings, Patsy Ruth Hartzog of Sandy Hook, Sue McCain (Ben) of Sandy Hook and Dennis Rowell of Foxworth; his grandchildren, Cassie Blansett, Anna Claire Rowell, Sydney Rowell and Austin Rowell; and his great grandchild Lily West.
