He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen E. Woodward, Sr. and Crystell Woodward; and his siblings, Judy Fornea, Wanda Coyne, Olen Woodward, Jr., O. W. Woodward, Ray Elvis Woodward and Ricky Woodward.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bridgette Woodward and Brandi Lynn Woodward; and his siblings, Joan Woodward, Stella LeBlanc (Kevin Pittman), Henry Woodward and Willard Woodward (Renata).
