He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Oliver, Haroldine Merritt, Louise Hogan, Kelly, Rosa Lee Stogner, Joan Fraizer and Kenneth Amundson; and his siblings, Makenzie Merritt, Kaylee Bates, Dakoda Merritt and Elijah Stogner.

He is survived by: his parents, Shelton Merritt and Kellie Merritt of Foxworth; his grandparents, Richard, Sharon Merritt, Darrell and Roberta Stogner; his great-grandparent David Sellers; and also, Shelton and Kellie Merritt. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
