He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Freeman of Foxworth, Tamra Thomas (Roy) of Hattiesburg and Jamie Powell (Tom Roy) of Foxworth. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, and friends.
