He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Joseph Sumrall; and his brother Charlie Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Harvey; his children, Sarah King (David) of Forest, Rachel Sumrall of Forest, Mary Martin (Russell) of Flowood, Leah Bergin (John) of Forest, John Harvey (Tracy) of Lake, Elijah Harvey of Forest and Justus Harvey of Forest; his grandchildren, Elaina Bergin, Abigail King, Anna Beth King, Addyson Sumrall, Michael Bergin and Wyatt Harvey; his parents, Buddy Harvey of Flora and Myra Harvey of Lake; and his siblings, Michael Harvey (Donna) of Brandon, Janet Stiltner (Ray) of Lake and Lynda Harvey of Lake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
