He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Mary Stevens of Forest; his father W. Hamilton Stevens; his son Wayland Hamilton "Steve" Stevens; and his brothers, David C. Stevens of Niceville, FL and Richard Austin Stevens of East Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
