He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy R. Bailey, Sr. and Lura Hawkins; and his sisters, Wilma Doris Green and Eleanor Ruth Ball. He is survived by: his wife Sue Moulder Bailey of Lorena, MS; his children, Pam Warren (Ricky) of Lorena, MS and Jeff Bailey of Lorena, MS; his grandchildren, Ashley Coley and Brady Warren (Katherine); and his great grandchildren, Neelie Coley and William James Warren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Wolf Funeral Services - Morton (3054 US-80, Morton, MS 39117). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at the New Lorena Cemetery (873 MS-35, Forest, MS 39074).
