She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Calhoun and Nelia Calhoun; her husband Charles W. Blossom; her stepfather Spurgeon Young; her siblings, Irene Townsend and W. L. Young (Dub); and her grandson Stewart Jason Blossom.
She is survived by: her sons, Sammy Blossom (Elaine) of Flora, MS and Bill Blossom (Karen) of Forest, MS; and her sisters, Ruby Hamilton of Forest, MS, Sherrie Johnson of Morton, MS and Lucy Young of Vicksburg, MS.
