He was predeceased by: his parents, James William "Billy" Latham and Joycie Ware Latham; and his sisters, Marie Brown and Ruth Gomillion. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Latham of Forest; his children, Terry Latham (Rose Mary) of Forest and Wanda Harrison (Tommy) of Forest; his sister Shirley Phillips (Randall) of Decatur; his granddaughters, Mandy Coward and Michelle Rushing; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Tyler, Taylor, Maddy and Jase. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
