She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Bates Porter and Otis Porter; and her brothers, Otis Porter, Jr., Jimmy Porter and Jerry Porter.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Keith Rushing of Morton, MS; her children, Sharon Stracqualursi (Ray) of Flora, MS, Teresa Wells (John) of Pelahatchie, MS, Kimberly Hunt (Scott) of Lena, MS and David Rushing (Jen) of Gorden City, SC; and her siblings, Ann Mchan (Don) of Dumas, AR, Linda Hughes of Waynesboro, PA, Sylvia Phillips and Daniel Porter (Retha) of Morton, MS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
