He is survived by: his parents, Ray Charles Harper, Sr. of Forest, MS and Kathern Qualls (Ray) of Pulaski, MS; his wife Cynthia Harper; his children, Frederick Harper II of Pulaski, MS, Alexis Chandler of Forest, MS, Alex Chandler of Forest, MS and Justyn Harper of Forest, MS.; his parents-in-law, Mae Lois Sharpe of Forest, MS and Nathaniel Sharpe Sr. (Alisha); his siblings, Ray Charles Harper Jr. of Pulaski, MS, Tamantha Qualls of Lake, MS, Ralfeal Hicks of Walnut Grove, MS and Cory Qualls (Erianna) of Douglasville, GA.; his siblings-in-law, Nathaniel (Michelle), Lakeasha Sharpe of Forest, MS, Porsha Taylor (Gene) of Brandon, MS and Tammy Sharpe of Pearl, MS.; and his grandchildren, Frederick Harper III, Daxton Harper and Caelyn Shapard. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Union Grove M. B. Church (341 Ephesus Rd, Forest, MS 39074).
