He was predeceased by: his parents, Esthers L. Wiggins, Sr. and Carrie McNeil Wiggins; and his brother Larry C. Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Diane Wilkerson Wiggins of Forest; his sons, Richard Karr Wiggins, Eddie Dearman (Gayla) and Michael Dearman (Kara); and his grandchildren, Breanna Dearman, Logan Dearman, Katelyn Dearman, Rory Dearman, Rylan Dearman, David Jeffrie Deese and Chryselynn Martin.
