He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alex Talbert and Sadie Mae Talbert; and his brothers, Danny and Joseph Talbert. He is survived by: his wife Eva Mae Talbert of Lake, MS; his children, Joseph Talbert of Forest, MS, John Talbert (Melanie) of Forest, MS and Donna Kay Creel of Forest, MS; and his sister Virginia Devine of Little Rock, MS. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
